Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our Services.
Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service (the "Terms") is to define the conditions and procedures for using the application services (the "Service") provided by Open Rhapsody Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the User, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Application" refers to the software programs developed and distributed by the Company. The specific list of Applications is defined in the Addendum of these Terms.
- "App Store" refers to digital platforms where Applications are distributed, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- "Service" collectively refers to each Application provided by the Company and all incidental online services.
- "User" refers to both Members and Non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service.
- "Member" refers to a person who logs in through an Apple or Google account and whose user information is registered on the Company’s server.
- "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Service limitedly without registering.
- "Content" refers to symbols, characters, voices, sounds, images, videos, and various files and links created, posted, or transmitted by the Company or the User within the Service.
Terms not defined herein shall be governed by relevant laws and service-specific guides, or general commercial practices.
Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms)
- The Company shall post the contents of these Terms within the Application settings page so that Users can easily check them.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection."
- When the Company amends the Terms, it shall announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment along with the current Terms from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, for amendments disadvantageous to the User, a notice shall be provided at least 30 days in advance via electronic means such as email or push notifications.
- If the User does not express refusal by the effective date despite the Company clearly notifying that silence will be deemed as consent, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
